Teacher Instructions:

1. Read Isaiah 40:31 from a Bible and discuss w/ your students how prayer and "waiting on the Lord" are related.
2. Project your computer for the class, and then play the "EXTRAORDINARY STRENGTH" (Is. 40:31) song video below.
3. Do the hand-motions, read the Bible Story MEMORY, and answer: Why did Elijah want God to answer his prayer?
4. Along with your students, find key words in the song lyrics that match Isaiah 40:31, and discuss.
